We are licensed to perform air conditioning work on systems up to 25 tons cooling capacity. Our license is issued by the Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation, Construction Industry Licensing Board, under the provisions of Chapter 489, Florida Statutes.

4. Service Appointments and Scheduling

Scheduling

Service appointments can be scheduled through our website, by phone at (561) 234-4224, or by email at [email protected]. We strive to offer convenient 2 hour arrival windows for scheduled appointments.

Access to Property

You agree to provide our technicians with reasonable access to your property and the equipment requiring service. You represent that you have the legal authority to grant such access. If you are a tenant, you confirm that you have obtained any necessary permission from the property owner.

Cancellations and Rescheduling

We request at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Repeated no shows or last minute cancellations may result in a service fee for future appointments.

Emergency Services

Emergency AC service is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Emergency service calls are subject to availability and may be prioritized based on safety concerns and urgency.

5. Pricing and Payment

Estimates and Quotes

We provide upfront pricing before beginning any work. Estimates are based on the information available at the time of the quote and may be subject to change if additional issues are discovered during service. We will notify you and obtain your approval before proceeding with any work that exceeds the original estimate.

Diagnostic Fees

A diagnostic fee may apply for service calls to assess your system. If you proceed with the recommended repair or service, the diagnostic fee may be waived or credited toward the total cost. Simple Care Club members receive waived diagnostic fees.

Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of services unless other arrangements have been made in writing. We accept the following payment methods:

• Credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover)

• Debit cards

• Checks (subject to approval)

• Financing through our approved partners

Financing

We offer financing options through our approved partners: GoodLeap, GreenSky, and Service Finance. Financing is subject to credit approval and the terms and conditions of the financing provider. The Company is not responsible for the terms, rates, or decisions made by financing partners.

Late Payment

Accounts not paid within 30 days may be subject to late fees and collection actions. You agree to pay all costs of collection, including reasonable attorney's fees, if we must take action to collect unpaid balances.

6. Warranty

Labor Warranty

Simple Action provides a one (1) year labor warranty on all work performed.

This labor warranty covers defects in workmanship and installation. The labor warranty period begins on the date the service is completed. The labor warranty applies only to the original customer and property where the work was performed and is not transferable.

What the Labor Warranty Covers

• Defects in workmanship or installation performed by our technicians

• Labor costs to correct any installation or workmanship defects

What the Labor Warranty Does Not Cover

• Normal wear and tear

• Damage caused by neglect, misuse, or lack of maintenance

• Damage from power surges, lightning, floods, or other acts of nature

• Modifications or repairs made by others

• Pre existing conditions not caused by our work

• Cosmetic damage

• Parts and equipment (see manufacturer warranty below)

Manufacturer Warranty

New equipment installed by Simple Action is covered by the manufacturer's warranty, which is separate from our labor warranty. Manufacturer warranty terms, coverage, and duration vary by product and brand. We will assist you in understanding and registering your manufacturer warranty. Claims under manufacturer warranties must be processed according to the manufacturer's procedures.

Warranty Claims

To make a warranty claim, contact us at (561) 234-4224 or [email protected] with your original invoice and a description of the issue. We will schedule an inspection to determine if the issue is covered under warranty.

7. Simple Care Club Membership

The Simple Care Club is our maintenance membership program. Membership terms, benefits, and pricing are subject to change. Current members will be notified of any changes to their membership terms. Membership may be cancelled at any time. Please see the Simple Care Club page for current terms and benefits.

8. Permits and Inspections

Certain work, including AC installations and replacements, requires permits from local building authorities per Palm Beach County and Florida building codes. We will obtain necessary permits on your behalf when required. Permit fees are included in our quoted price unless otherwise noted. You agree to allow access for any required inspections.

Consent to Receive Text Messages

By providing your mobile phone number and opting in to receive text messages, you expressly consent to receive recurring automated text messages from Simple Action Air Conditioning. These messages may include:
