Jason was extremely professional and went the extra mile in helping my mother in her needs for the AC...definitely will recommend in the future!!

Simple Action Air has been such an exceptional company to work with! From moment one, Ashley set me up and even adjusted my scheduled time. She was so patient and kind. They sent Jason out and he was very personable, super professional, and really held my hand and guided me through this process. He was so knowledgeable in not only A/C systems but also Florida statutes. I appreciated his honesty and education. This company has worked with me and set my mind at ease from the very beginning. I would definitely recommend them and would use their services in the future.

Chris did an awesome job. Went over all the numbers with me. Top notch service. Now if he could help dispatch as I was told 12-2 then 2-4 and he showed up at 4. Not good. Get dispatch a map.
